Amends House Resolution 54, Rule 61.1 regarding office assignments for House members during the 2013 General Assembly.

Establishes that once office space is assigned to a member, that office space is private and no individual (except joint legislative employees) may enter a member's desk and work area without permission if unattended.

Allows the Chair of the Standing Committee on Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House to enter member office areas at any time without permission when accompanied by a joint legislative employee, for purposes of making office assignments or performing other duties.

Maintains existing provisions that committee chairs and permanent subcommittee chairs shall be assigned offices adjacent to their committee meeting rooms if desired, and that the Speaker selects their own office.

Effective upon adoption on July 25, 2013.
