Allows Division of Motor Vehicles hearings for license revocation based on ignition interlock violations to be held in the licensee's county of residence instead of the county where the charge was brought.

Applies only when the evidence of violation is an alcohol concentration report from an ignition interlock system.

Maintains existing hearing procedures and scope, limiting consideration to whether the driver had an interlock requirement and whether they violated it.

Becomes effective October 1, 2014, and applies to hearings requested on or after that date.
