Directs the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue a single annual registration renewal sticker for each vehicle registration plate, effective January 1, 2015.

Modifies G.S. 20-66(c) to require one sticker per registration plate instead of multiple stickers.

Requires the renewal sticker to be displayed on the registration plate in the location prescribed by the Commissioner and indicate the validity period.

Applies all existing Chapter 20 provisions relating to registration plates to the renewal stickers.
