Direct the Administrative Office of the Courts to study and develop a case management system for civil cases in superior court to improve efficiency and resource allocation.

System should consider flexible designation of mixed sessions and allow assignment of exceptional cases to a single superior court judge to oversee scheduling, pretrial hearings, motions hearings, and trial.

Administrative Office of the Courts must report findings and the developed system to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety by March 1, 2015.

Effective July 1, 2014.
