Requires the Administrative Office of the Courts to develop a written, comprehensive policy for managing information technology resources.

Policy must include specific guidelines for the distribution and maintenance of information technology hardware.

Administrative Office of the Courts must report the completed policy to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Justice and Public Safety and the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Information Technology by March 1, 2015.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
