Clarifies information required in notices to lien agents for real property improvements costing $30,000 or more, following recommendations from the LRC Committee on mechanics liens and leasehold improvements.

Requires notices to lien agents to include the potential lien claimant's name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number (if available), email address (if available), the contracting party's name, and a description of the real property.

Specifies that notices to lien agents must be legible and substantially follow a standardized form with designated required information.

Clarifies that service of a Notice to Lien Agent does not satisfy requirements for filing a Notice of Subcontract or Notice of Claim of Lien upon Funds, and prohibits combining these notices or cross-referencing between them.

Takes effect October 1, 2014, and applies to all Notices to Lien Agent served on or after that date.
