Removes requirement that divorce complaints contain the social security number of either party when there are minor children of the marriage.

Removes requirement that divorce judgments include the social security numbers of the parties when minor children are involved.

Amends General Statute 50-8 regarding contents of divorce complaints and verifications.

Effective upon becoming law, ratified June 5, 2013.
