House Resolution 1146

• Sets the date of June 17, 2014 for the House of Representatives to elect a member to the State Board of Community Colleges to fill a vacancy in an unexpired term.

• The elected member will serve the remainder of the unexpired term ending June 30, 2019.

• Requires the House to follow the nomination and election procedures outlined in G.S. 115D-2.1 for selecting State Board of Community Colleges members.

• Resolution is effective upon adoption on May 28, 2014.
