Requires occupational licensing boards to file annual reports electronically (rather than in unspecified format) with the Secretary of State, Attorney General, and Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee by October 31 each year.

Adds new reporting requirements: total number of licensees supervised by the board and number of examination failures.

Changes the name of the oversight committee from "Joint Regulatory Reform Committee" to "Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee" throughout the reporting requirements.

Requires boards to file financial reports electronically with the Secretary of State, Attorney General, Office of State Budget and Management, and the Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee by October 31 each year.

Mandates that the Joint Legislative Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee notify any board failing to file required reports, with non-compliance resulting in suspension of the board's authority to expend funds until reports are filed.
