Modifies speed limit for school buses with no child passengers to match posted speed limits instead of a fixed limit.

Maintains existing speed limit of 45 miles per hour for school buses occupied by one or more child passengers.

Maintains existing speed limit of 55 miles per hour for school activity buses occupied by one or more child passengers.

Eliminates the requirement for drivers to use hazard lights when traveling on the interstate with an unoccupied school bus.

Effective upon becoming law.
