Increases annual salary for Speaker of the House and President Pro Tempore of the Senate to $38,151 (with $1,413 monthly expense allowance), effective upon convening of the 2015 General Assembly.

Raises annual salary for Speaker Pro Tempore of the House and Deputy President Pro Tempore of the Senate from $21,739 to $36,000 (with $836 monthly expense allowance).

Increases annual salary for majority and minority leaders in both chambers from $17,048 to $36,000 (with $666 monthly expense allowance).

Raises annual salary for all other General Assembly members from $13,951 to $36,000 (with $559 monthly expense allowance).

Appropriates $2,248,773 from the General Fund to the General Assembly for the 2014-2015 fiscal year to fund these salary increases.
