Amends the contents required in status reports filed by public guardians of incompetent persons to include specific reporting items: medical and dental examinations, guardian performance, ward's residence/education/employment, efforts to restore competency, efforts to seek alternatives to guardianship, identification of alternative guardians (if applicable), and recommendations for limited guardianship.

Requires initial status reports be filed with the clerk within six months of appointment and submitted to the designated agency if one exists, with subsequent reports filed annually thereafter.

Allows guardians to include additional information pertaining to the ward's best interests beyond the required items.

Requires the clerk to make status reports from disinterested public agents or corporations available to the Division of Aging and Adult Services for oversight review.

Permits the clerk or any interested party to file a motion requesting modification of the guardianship order or consideration of matters contained in the status report, effective October 1, 2014.
