Increases the mandatory retirement age for judges and justices of the General Court of Justice from 72 to 75 years old.

Judges must retire by the last day of the month in which they turn 75, though retired judges may be recalled for temporary service.

Updates related retirement provisions in the state pension system to align with the new 75-year-old retirement age requirement.

Updates gender-neutral language in statutes from "he/his" to "the judge/or her."

Becomes effective December 1, 2013.
