Makes it a Class 3 misdemeanor to willfully obtain or attempt to obtain ambulance service that is not needed, or to make a false request or report that an ambulance is needed.

Adds Bladen and Columbus counties to the list of counties where this offense applies, which already includes Alamance, Ashe, Buncombe, Cabarrus, Camden, Carteret, Cherokee, Clay, Cleveland, Davie, Duplin, Durham, Graham, Greene, Halifax, Haywood, Hoke, Macon, Madison, New Hanover, Onslow, Pender, Polk, Robeson, Rockingham, Washington, Wilkes, and Yadkin counties.

Takes effect December 1, 2014, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
