Expresses gratitude to North Carolina Marine Patrol officers, Wildlife Enforcement Officers, and Rangers of the Forest Service and State Parks System for their service to the state.

Honors those who have sustained injuries in the line of duty and memorializes all members of these agencies who have died while performing their duties, including 7 Wildlife Enforcement Officers and 26 Forest Service Rangers since 1950.

Specifically honors United States Forest Service Officer Jason Crisp, who was killed in the line of duty on March 12, 2014, in Burke County, along with his service dog Maros.

Extends sympathy to families of fallen officers and pledges that their sacrifices in protecting North Carolina's natural resources will not be forgotten.

Directs the Principal Clerk to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the North Carolina Marine Patrol, Wildlife Resources Commission, Division of Parks and Recreation, and Forest Service.
