Allows executive heads of private schools funded exclusively with private funds in Forsyth County to adopt policies permitting employees with concealed handgun permits to carry handguns on school property.

Employees must possess a valid concealed handgun permit issued under Article 54B of North Carolina law or recognized as valid under G.S. 14-415.24 to carry a handgun on private school educational property.

Private school executive heads may establish additional criteria, policies, and rules beyond permit requirements to regulate handgun possession and carrying on school property.

Creates an exception to G.S. 14-269.2 that prohibits weapons on school property, specifically carving out armed employees at qualifying private schools who meet all specified conditions.

Takes effect December 1, 2013 and applies only to Forsyth County.
