Property is identified by reference to the map "Mills Commercial Center" dated January 27, 1989, recorded in Map Book 37, Page 104 of the Pitt County Registry.

Preserves the Town of Grifton's ability to collect or foreclose on any ad valorem tax liens or special assessments that were outstanding before the effective date of the act.

Becomes effective upon ratification, which occurred on July 22, 2013.
