Allows consent protective orders under Chapter 50B to be entered without findings of fact and conclusions of law if both parties agree in writing to omit them.

Consent protective orders entered without findings of fact and conclusions of law have the same validity and enforceability as those entered with findings.

Effective October 1, 2013, and applies to orders entered on or after that date.
