Adds feed for poultry or livestock transported from storage facilities, holding facilities, or mills to farms to the list of agricultural products exempt from standard weight restrictions.

Exemption applies only when feed is transported within 150 miles of the point of origin.

Vehicles must still comply with all other conditions including single-axle weight limits (22,000-26,000 pounds depending on configuration), tandem-axle limits (42,000-44,000 pounds), and gross weight limits (90,000 pounds).

Vehicles cannot operate on interstate highways or exceed posted bridge weight limits while transporting exempt agricultural products.

Effective July 1, 2013.
