Honors the memory of 23 deceased Marine Corps and Air Force officers who served with Marine All-Weather Fighter Squadron Three One Two (VMF(AW)-312) during the Vietnam War.

Recognizes the squadron's 18-month preparation period beginning 50 years prior, led by Lieutenant Colonel Richard B. Newport, which included training for all-weather combat operations and carrier deployment.

Acknowledges the squadron's deployment to Vietnam on December 19, 1965, where it flew 718 combat sorties in support of Marine ground troops before being disbanded on January 31, 1966.

Expresses the House of Representatives' appreciation for the service of all officers and enlisted personnel of the Marine All-Weather Fighter Squadron Three One Two during the Vietnam War.

Directs the Principal Clerk to send a certified copy of the resolution to the Commandant of the United States Marine Corps.
