Allows the Division of Motor Vehicles to waive the commercial driver's license skills test for qualified military applicants who meet specified requirements.

Applicants must be currently licensed, pass all required written knowledge exams, and have no license suspensions, revocations, or serious traffic violations within the two years preceding application.

Applicants must be retired, discharged, or current members of the Armed Forces and either regularly employed or employed within 90 days before application in a position requiring operation of a commercial motor vehicle.

Retired or discharged members must have operated an appropriate commercial vehicle for two years before retirement/discharge, completed a military skills test, received an honorable or general discharge, and retired or been discharged within 90 days of application.

Effective upon becoming law on June 26, 2013.
