Authorizes the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to charge reduced fees for active duty military personnel and veterans at state parks and state lakes facilities.

Applies to persons on active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States and veterans who received honorable or general discharges.

Allows reduced fees for all facilities and services covered under existing fee authority, including camping, vehicle access, fishing privileges, docks, piers, and marinas.

Takes effect upon enactment.
