Changes the name of the "Greensboro Firemen's Supplemental Retirement System" to "Greensboro Firefighters' Supplemental Retirement System" throughout Chapter 899 of the 1953 Session Laws.

Consolidates the governance of the supplemental retirement system by vesting administration in the Board of Trustees of the Firefighters' Relief Fund of the City of Greensboro rather than maintaining a separate board of trustees.

Designates former members of the abolished Greensboro Firemen's Supplemental Retirement System Board to serve as ex officio non-voting members of the Firefighters' Relief Fund Board of Trustees.

Changes all references from "building inspector" to "compliance officer" in Sections 5.65 and 5.74 of the Greensboro City Charter regarding the Board of Adjustment and Housing Commission appeals processes.

Effective upon passage of the law.
