Amends G.S. 160A-168 to allow the City of Fayetteville's city manager or police chief to release limited personnel information to the Police Citizen Review Board when a person appeals a complaint investigation result.

Information that may be disclosed includes the disposition of disciplinary charges against police officers and the facts used to determine the disposition.

Board members must maintain all released personnel information as confidential, execute a confidentiality agreement satisfactory to the city, and face violations under subsections (e) and (f) for breaching confidentiality.

Defines "disposition of disciplinary charges" to include determinations that charges are not sustained, unfounded, exonerated, classified as an information file, or any other disciplinary disposition category adopted by the Fayetteville Police Department.

Applies only to the City of Fayetteville and becomes effective upon enactment.
