Clarifies probation condition language in G.S. 15A-1343(b)(3a) to specify that the requirement not to abscond applies only to defendants placed on supervised probation.

Repeals G.S. 15A-1368.4(e)(14) and removes requirement from G.S. 15-205 that probation officers must take offenders on a prison tour within the first 30 days of probation.

Amends G.S. 15A-1344(d2) to clarify that courts may impose up to 90 consecutive days of confinement for probation violations (applies to both felony and misdemeanor offenders).

Corrects two numerical values in the sentencing guidelines table in G.S. 15A-1340.17(e): changes maximum sentence for 66-month minimum from 91 to 92 months and for 86-month minimum from 115 to 116 months.

Makes technical and clarifying amendments to the Justice Reinvestment Act of 2011, with sentencing guideline changes effective October 1, 2013 for offenses committed on or after that date.
