Allows the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources to operate or contract for food and vending services at museums and historic sites operated by the Department.

Net proceeds from food and vending services revenue must be credited to the account of the specific museum or historic site where the funds were generated.

Revenue generated at each museum or historic site shall be used for the operation of that particular museum or historic site.

Does not alter any existing contracts for food or vending services that were in effect at the time this law becomes effective.

Effective upon becoming law.
