Increases the maximum uniform hourly fee for supervised visitation and exchange center services from $30.00 to $50.00 per hour in family court programs.

Applies to persons receiving services related to domestic violence, substance abuse, mental illness, parental alienation, and other family court issues.

Collected fees may be used by the Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts to support the continued operation of supervised visitation and exchange centers.

Becomes effective July 1, 2013, and applies to services provided on or after that date.
