• Modifies alcohol concentration restrictions for drivers with interlock requirements, lowering limits to 0.02 for repeat offenders and those under 21, while setting 0.04 for first-time offenders with lower BAC levels.

• Effective December 1, 2013, for offenses committed on or after that date.
