• State Board shall develop IEP forms that comply with G.S. 115C-12(19), limit narrative reporting to essential components requiring personalized student information, and use electronic format whenever practicable.

• State Board of Education shall consolidate reports from local school administrative units on economically disadvantaged student data (including household size and income information) into one report per school year, to the extent allowed by federal law.

• Effective when enacted and applies beginning with the 2013-2014 school year.
