Celebrates the 105th birthday of the United States Army Reserve and honors the commitment, dedication, and service of its members to America.

Recognizes that the Army Reserve originated in 1908 with the Medical Reserve Corps and was formally established through the 1916 National Defense Act, with subsequent reorganization in 1952.

Acknowledges that the Army Reserve comprises 20% of the Army's organized units and provides half of the Army's combat support and one-fourth of its mobilization base expansion capabilities.

Notes that over 12,000 Army Reserve soldiers were deployed around the world at the time of resolution, with significant participation in major conflicts including both World Wars, Korean War, Desert Shield/Storm, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Honors the memory of Army Reserve members who have died in service and offers continued support to all soldiers.
