Requires the State Board of Elections to enter into data sharing agreements with other states to cross-check information on voter registration and voting records for list maintenance purposes.

Allows the State Board of Elections to use address-updating services and interstate data sharing agreements as methods to remove ineligible voters and update voter information, in addition to existing methods.

Requires any data sharing agreements to ensure that other states comply with G.S. 163-82.10 and G.S. 163-82.10B, establishing compliance standards for shared voter data.

Directs the State Board of Elections to actively seek ways to share voter information with other states through resources such as the Electronic Registration Information Center and interstate compacts.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
