Deletes the $50 per examination payment to Board of Law Examiners members that had not been paid since the 1970s.

Retains reimbursement for actual travel and subsistence expenses incurred by board members while performing assigned duties.

Standardizes private automobile mileage reimbursement rates to match those paid to other state boards and commissions.

Changes statute title from "Pay of Board of Law Examiners" to "Expenses of Board of Law Examiners" to reflect the removal of the flat fee.

Effective upon enactment, ratified March 4, 2013.
