Authorizes nonprofit organizations exempt from federal taxation under specific Internal Revenue Code sections to operate "game nights" (gambling events) at qualified facilities to raise funds for their organizations.

Requires nonprofits to obtain a permit from the Alcohol Law Enforcement Section at least 30 days in advance, pay a $250 fee per event, and limits organizations to four game nights per year, each not exceeding five hours, with specific time restrictions and no more than two events per week in any facility.

Permits only six specific games: roulette, blackjack, poker, craps, keno, and merchandise wheel of fortune; prohibits cash prizes and limits operating costs and prize expenses to 50% of event proceeds.

Allows qualified facilities (those with alcoholic beverage permits) to host game nights using play money and tokens that are non-redeemable for cash; permits alcohol sales and consumption during events under existing hours of operation.

Applies only to areas east of Interstate 26 and requires the Department of Public Safety to report to the 2017 General Assembly on permit administration and violations, with recommendations for any legislative modifications.
