Requires local boards of education to provide a supply of emergency epinephrine auto-injectors on school property and at school-sponsored events, with a minimum of two injectors stored in a secure but accessible location.

Designates school personnel to receive initial and annual retraining from a school nurse or health department representative on storage and emergency use of epinephrine auto-injectors, with prescriptions obtained from the local health department or emergency medical services director.

Requires principals to develop an emergency action plan including storage and use procedures, recognition of anaphylaxis symptoms, emergency follow-up procedures, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation instruction.

Specifies that school-supplied epinephrine auto-injectors are not a substitute for students with known medical conditions who may self-administer their own medication on school property.

Provides liability protection for school boards and personnel from civil damages for acts authorized by this section unless the act constitutes gross negligence, wanton conduct, or intentional wrongdoing; applies to charter schools and regional schools as well.
