Commends the Fraternity's founders—A. Langston Taylor, Leonard F. Morse, and Charles I. Brown—and praises the organization's commitment to its cardinal principles of Brotherhood, scholarship, and service.

Honors the members of Phi Beta Sigma for their integrity, ethical behavior, and positive community impact across all Greek-letter organizations.

Directs the Principal Clerk to send a certified copy of the resolution to the chief student affairs officer at all North Carolina institutions hosting Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity chapters.
