Authorizes the Division of Motor Vehicles to produce a pancreatic cancer awareness special registration plate bearing a purple ribbon and the letters "ML"

Sets an additional fee of $20.00 for the pancreatic cancer awareness plate, with $10.00 credited to the Special Registration Plate Account and $10.00 to the Collegiate and Cultural Attraction Plate Account

Requires a minimum of 300 applications before the pancreatic cancer awareness plate can be developed and issued

Directs the Division to transfer quarterly funds from pancreatic cancer awareness plate sales to the Mark Daidone Cancer Research Endowment at Levine Cancer Institute (Carolinas HealthCare System) for early-stage cancer research
