NC S122

Adds human trafficking under G.S. 14-43.11 to the list of "sexually violent offenses" requiring sex offender registration when the offense involves a minor under 18 years of age or involves intent to hold a person in sexual servitude.

Modifies G.S. 14-208.6(5) to include human trafficking convictions in the sex offender and public protection registration program.

Applies retroactively to offenses committed on or after December 1, 2013.

Ratified April 17, 2013, and signed into law April 24, 2013.
