Modifies G.S. 143B-431A(h) to change the ethics reporting threshold for officers, members of governing boards, and employees of North Carolina nonprofit corporations contracting with the Department from $60,000 to $80,000 in annual compensation.

Individuals whose annual compensation is less than $80,000 are now exempt from G.S. 138A-22 reporting requirements, whereas previously the threshold was $60,000.

Nonprofit corporations contracting with the Department remain subject to Chapter 132 and Article 33C of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes, and their officers and employees remain classified as public servants.

Effective July 1, 2014.
