Allows hunting on Sunday on privately owned land with the owner's permission or if the person is the property owner.

Permission to hunt on Sunday must be documented in writing, dated, and signed by the property owner.

Exempts military reservations under exclusive federal jurisdiction and authorized field trials from the Sunday hunting prohibition.

Modifies existing law to permit Sunday hunting for defense of property only when the exemptions in this section apply.

Effective upon becoming law.
