Requires occupational licensing boards to review information about health care providers within seven days of receiving it from the Department of Health and Human Services.

Licensing boards must report to the Department on the licensure status of health care providers named on lists submitted by sponsoring organizations within seven days of receiving the information.

Department must immediately notify sponsoring organizations if a health care provider is not licensed, authorized, in good standing, or is under investigation or facing disciplinary action.

Applies to voluntary health care services provided pursuant to the Voluntary Health Care Services Act.

Becomes effective upon enactment.
