Establishes minimum qualifications for county department of social services directors in North Carolina

Requires directors to have one of four qualification options: master's degree in social work with two years of supervisory experience in client services; bachelor's degree in social work with three years of supervisory experience (one in social services); four-year college degree with three years of supervisory experience in client services (two in social services); or equivalent combination of training and experience as determined by Office of State Personnel
