S487 - Appropriations Act of 2013

• Makes base budget appropriations from the General Fund for state departments, institutions, and agencies for the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2015.

• Appropriates funds from the State Highway Fund for the Department of Transportation maintenance and operations for the 2013-2015 biennium.

• Appropriates funds from the State Highway Trust Fund for the Department of Transportation for the 2013-2015 biennium.

• Appropriates federal block grant funds for DHHS and NER programs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

• Incorporates the State Budget Act (Chapter 143C of the General Statutes) by reference and applies textual provisions only to the 2013-2015 fiscal biennium.
