Amends G.S. 95-131 to clarify the exemption from occupational health and safety standards for certain food processing facilities.

Applies the federal agricultural operations exemption (29 C.F.R. § 1928.1) to processing facilities that are wholly owned by a bona fide farm as defined in G.S. 153A-340(b)(2).

Exemption only applies if the facility processes exclusively agricultural products produced on the farm.

Effective upon enactment.
