Authorizes county jury commissions to request and obtain date of birth information from boards of elections when preparing master jury lists, adding this as an exception to confidentiality requirements under G.S. 163-82.10B.

Designates dates of birth of prospective jurors as confidential information that cannot be disclosed without a court order, amending G.S. 9-4(b).

Protects voter privacy by limiting public access to juror information to alphabetized names only, with addresses and dates of birth kept confidential.

Effective upon becoming law on June 19, 2013.
