Allows individuals using bioptic telescopic lenses to obtain a regular Class C driver's license if they meet specific vision and testing requirements.

Applicants must demonstrate visual acuity of at least 20/200 in one or both eyes with a 70-degree horizontal field of vision, and at least 20/70 acuity with the bioptic telescopic lenses.

Requires applicants to submit an ophthalmologist or optometrist examination report, successfully pass a road test administered by the Division (unless a new resident with valid out-of-state license), and complete a behind-the-wheel training and assessment program.

Restricts licenses to daytime driving only (one-half hour after sunrise to one-half hour before sunset) and prohibits endorsements; applicants may qualify for nighttime driving if they achieve 20/40 acuity and receive no nighttime restriction recommendation from an eye care professional.

Limited learner's permits and provisional driver's licenses are also available under the same requirements and restrictions as regular Class C licenses.
