Expands the crime of presenting false liens against public officers and employees to include false liens filed against their immediate family members

Defines "immediate family member" as a spouse or child of the public officer or employee

Maintains the Class I felony classification for violations of the false lien statute

Becomes effective December 1, 2013, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date
