Transfers unencumbered cash balances from the Worker Training Trust Fund (Special Fund Code 64654-6400) and Training and Employment Account (Special Fund Code 64655-6601) to the Unemployment Insurance Fund as of June 30, 2013, then closes both special funds.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Special Employment Security Administration Fund to the Unemployment Insurance Fund for fiscal year 2013-2014 to make principal payments on federal advances made under Title XII of the Social Security Act.

Effective July 1, 2013.
