Raises the application fee ceiling for licensed psychologists and licensed psychological associates from $100 to $250.

Increases the renewal license fee ceiling from $250 to $400 per biennium.

Raises the late fee for license renewal from $25 to $75.

Increases the reinstatement fee ceiling from $100 to $200, the duplicate license fee from $25 to $75, the temporary license fee from $35 to $50, and the health services provider certificate application fee from $50 to $100.

Effective upon enactment.
