Prohibits employment of youth under 14 years old in agriculture except when employed by a parent, stepparent, guardian, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, or person standing in loco parentis on a farm owned or operated by that relative.

Requires written permission from a parent or guardian if a youth under 14 works on a farm owned or operated by any relative other than the youth's parent.

Expands the federal Fair Labor Standards Act agricultural employment exception to explicitly include family farm employment relationships for persons 14 years and older.

Becomes effective upon passage into law.
