Removes Gorges State Park and Lower Haw River State Natural Area from the State Nature and Historic Preserve listing, and adds them back as separate entries with specified land exclusions for transportation projects.

Adds Lumber River State Park to the State Nature and Historic Preserve with an exception of 3.39 acres in Robeson County needed for NC Department of Transportation secondary road project SR 2245 (VC Britt Road).

Modifies Crowders Mountain State Park by adding two additional tracts (0.06 acres, 0.515 acres, and 0.15 acres in Cleveland and Gaston Counties) to the list of excluded lands deleted from the State Parks System.

Modifies Jockey's Ridge State Park by adding an additional 12,650 square feet tract in Dare County to the list of excluded lands for a Town of Nags Head easement survey.

Updates references in South Mountains State Park documentation from "Division of Parks and Recreation, dated March 15, 1999" to "Wildlife Resources Commission in January 2013" for land trade drawings and surveys.
